Support Worker (Female)

Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Watford 
Salary: £11.44 per hour 
Hours:  Full time - 37.5 hours a week

We have a great opportunity working at our service in Watford you will be there to provide support, this could be emotional support during a crisis, to have a chat over a cup of tea or just be a friendly face to give reassurance. 

Aspirations are looking for a self- motivated, caring individual to be responsible for the security and safety of our supported living premises, which is home to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and Autism.

Duties include:

• Offer support with morning routines.
• Keep areas clean and tidy and remove any hazards.
• To ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals.
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
• Personal Care

• We welcome applications from experienced and non-experienced candidates as we provide full training and ongoing support.
• Willing to work alone overnight.
• A positive and caring nature.
• A good sense of humor in sometimes challenging situations.
• Ability to communicate well with the rest of the staff team.
• Passionate about supporting individuals within the community.
