We are opening a brand new service in Colchester and are looking for experienced staff to join our brand new and exciting team!
The building will hold 10 new individuals all with complex support needs. You will need to be adaptable to work with every one of our unique people we support. No day is the same and that’s the beauty of the job!
Every person we support is at the centre of that support. From their initial assessment to completion of regular reviews and on-going guidance. We develop each plan for each individual. Their support is tailored to planned outcomes helping them achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations.
You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism, as well as supporting those who require enhanced support. You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community. All in all, enabling our people to live their best life!
