Job Title: Support Worker (Driver Essential)
Location: Warsop, NG20
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Full time, Permanent (Must Be Available to work both Days and Sleep Ins) 

We are looking to recruit 2 full time posts. One 42 hours per week, the other 48 hours per week.

You will be working as part of a dedicated team, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. Prompting them to become more independent with everyday life.

You will play a key role in the service; using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism.

You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as:

  • Assisting with household tasks and domestic duties, included cooking and budgeting
  • Supporting our people to access the local community, engaging in social activities, shopping, attending appointments
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting with medication
  • Completing daily care plans
  • Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect

All in all, enabling our people to live their best life!

  • Previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
  • You will be passionate about making a difference
