We have a fantastic opportunity for a Substance Misuse Healthcare Assistant to join the team at HMP Wealstun, a Category C male prison with an operational capacity of around 1000. The prison has good transport links, as well as a free onsite car park.
This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. This role offers excellent developmental opportunities (including training to NVQ Level 3) and is a great environment to build on your experience within the substance misuse service.
Hours:
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, and you will work Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with occasional weekends.
Salary:
This position is full time , you’ll receive an annual salary up to £25,900 per annum - depending on experience.
