Social Workers (Adult Social Care) - Ref: SS07324
Salary: G9: £39,513 - £44,711 per annum (pro-rata for part time roles).

We currently have a number of permanent full time and part time vacancies for experienced social workers across our Adult Social Care Locality Teams and Learning Disabilities Team. We are looking for social workers who have completed the ASYE program and hold post qualifying experience. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed professionals to join our teams, to help shape and deliver our services, and contribute to the development of a model of best practice.  

The successful applicant will be skilled in carrying out strengths-based assessments and support planning under the Care Act 2014, completing comprehensive Risk Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decision Making. You should have experience of working within a multi-disciplinary setting, to include health partners, voluntary and community organisations.

Supervision

It is essential that as frontline practitioners in Adult Social Care you have time and space to reflect on and examine the work you do with adults, families and carers, to think through the work itself and your practice and the way this affects you. Our commitment to you is that all frontline practitioners will receive monthly supervision.
