We have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Assistant / Assistant Practitioner to be based at our Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), Southampton.

Our Urgent Treatment Centre is a busy, exciting environment. We see up to 180 patients per day with acute health concerns, both injuries and illness, adults and children.  Our multidisciplinary team of GP’s, Paramedics, Nurses and support staff work together in a fast-paced yet supportive environment to provide focused individual patient centred care.

The Senior Healthcare Assistant / Assistant Practitioner will be providing direct hands-on support and advice in all matters relating to a range of presenting conditions at the UTC, whilst providing effective and supportive leadership skills to the HCA team.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 4 shifts per week on a rostered basis

3 days = 10-hour shifts

1 day = 7.5-hour shift

The UTC is open Monday to Sunday, from 07:30 to 22:00
