An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Reablement Support Worker. The team work with service users to enable them to remain independent in their own home. The Reablement Team work with service users for up to 6 weeks ordering any equipment that is required and assisting with personal care and food preparation. The role also includes assisting service users to regain confidence completing everyday tasks.
