The Jumpstart Refugee Talent Hub is currently partnering with a well-know educational institution in London, Ontario to find their next Personal Support Worker Clinic Supervisor!

This is a Part-Time opportunity working varied days between Monday & Friday.
Shifts consist of 6 am - 2 pm, or 2 pm - 10 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

    • The PSW Clinic Supervisor will provide supervision and mentoring for students completing their Clinical Placement in the classroom/workplace setting in order for students to gain experience in a wider range of Personal Support Worker skills.

    • The PSW Clinic Supervisor will support the vision, mission, and values of the College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

Qualifications:

    • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
    • Minimum of 2 years of practical work experience working with PSWs.
    • Previous teaching experience is considered an asset.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills including supervision, motivation, and facilitation are preferred.
    • Superior communication and organizational skills will be essential to success in this role.
