Job Title:  Female Support Worker 

Location: Bootle, Liverpool 

Salary: £11.54

Hours: Full Time. 1x Waking Nights, 1x Days

We are looking for a self- motivated, caring and compassionate candidate, to support our people with learning disabilities, autism and enduring mental health issues in our service in Bootle. The candidate must be Female.

You will be making a real difference to individuals with complex needs, helping them to adjust to everyday life.
This is no ordinary job. Here at Aspirations Care you will offer individual support and encouragement to help some amazing people to live a fulfilling and independent life.

 

The Role

You will help our people with the challenges of everyday life and encourage them to participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling them to live their best life.

We will provide the training necessary for the other parts of the job – things like completing the paperwork, meeting the standards of CQC, and how to give the best possible support to our people whilst helping make their lives richer and more fulfilled.

 

The Person

 You will have a caring and positive nature and genuinely want to make a difference. You will be empathetic and understanding of others and be able to remain calm and collected in pressured situations.
