Community Support Worker

We currently have a Community Support Worker role available. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. However, we are open to considering job share arrangements

Your role:

• Providing support and guidance to help develop individual's skills and ability to maintain their tenancy.


• Working with a range individuals who are vulnerable with learning difficulties, mental health or physical disabilities across the Flintshire area to develop their confidence and independence.


• Supporting with managing their tenancy, benefits, connecting the individuals we support with their community, development of hubs and working in collaboration/ networking with other agencies in Flintshire to ensure to best support is provided.


• All training will be provided.


• Car driver preferable

Your experience:

• You don’t need a background in social care to join our team. Some of the best people who work for us include a decorator and a personal trainer.


• You’re interested in people’s lives and ambitious for them. Sometimes you’ll need to push people out of their comfort zone.


• You’re happy to work independently.


• You’ll learn everything else from colleagues and the training that we provide
