We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide support and guidance to teenagers in a semi-independent living setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by teenagers transitioning to independence and will be able to create a supportive and nurturing environment. As Support Worker you will deliver the highest standards of support, protection and support to Children and Young People by facilitating their physical and psychological needs. This role is made up of 4 long shifts with sleep-ins per week where you are lone working in the home. Responsibilities: 1.
