Strong professional experience in NGO, Government, Public and Private Sector. Over 5 years of wide industry experience in Training and Development, Field Work and Operations, Advertising and Marketing. Played a key role in the Socio-Economic Surveys for the Government of India. Demonstrated managerial ability in IPL, India’s one of the known sporting events.
Utilizing my expertise and experience, I have worked with Children (Adolescents) from the Marginalized Group and contributed to the betterment of their life.

Work Experience
- Conducted over 200 Life Skills sessions to assist Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation School students (Marginalized Group).
- Covered 4 BMC Schools, impacted 188 adolescent students, and approx. 1000 lives (family members).
- Home visits done in the slums of Mumbai (Thrice the target given) – Analyzing students backgrounds as well as assessing their needs and skills
- Edited and contributed to the making of a short film for the Project.
- Successfully Identified student’s skills, need, difficulties and opportunities and help them in their development process.
