A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Care Assistant to join the team at our award-winning Mead Vet Centre.
Located in Dartford, we are a 24-hour surgery with some of the best Vets, RVNs, and Support Teams around.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing the very best veterinary care while creating a warm and welcoming environment for our teams, our patients and their owners.
This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week with a share of 1:4 weekends.
We are known for treating every one of our exceptional support team with the value, respect and praise they deserve.
As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the vet and nurse teams by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times, assisting with animal handling, working on reception and providing support to the Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Surgeons as needed.
We boast opportunities for growth with extra CPD opportunities and the option of training to become an RVN. In the past year our nurses have achieved further qualification in anaesthesia, emergency and critical care, physiotherapy, behaviour and diet. Salary: £23,796 - £26,000, Depending on Experience
