Carefree is recruiting a Tenancy Support Worker to support young people who are 16+ and in or leaving care.
We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills and administrative abilities to support careleavers through their transition into a new tenancy. This role will involve working directly with a caseload of young people aged 16+ who are in or leaving the care of Cornwall Council.
The post will be based at Carefree’s offices in Redruth. Work with young people will take place across Cornwall. The post is for 30-37.5 hours per week.
Carefree offers great terms and conditions and a friendly team to work with. Salary will be between £26,083 and £29,191 (FTE) per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Pension contributions will be matched by Carefree at up to 6% of salary.
