Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 4 people. This service will be supporting people with a range of different needs, from Autism to MS, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
Springwood is a 6 bedroom, dormer bungalow, situated in Chapelford, Warrington with large gardens surrounding the property and a large private driveway, suitable for many cars. The people we support in this service enjoy gardening, arts and crafts, baking, swimming, visiting the local pub, watching TV and visiting the cinema. The 4 people we support here, would describe themselves as happy & always want to enjoy life to the best of their ability and live their lives to the fullest.
Staff who would be suitable for this service are those who have a sense of humour, calming nature, creative and outgoing.
This role is for a 12 hour contract - it would consist of a late start PLUS a sleep.
