Support Worker (Complex Needs) - Cumbernauld/Kilsyth

Keane Premier Group is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in delivering bespoke care for a young man with complex needs. This role involves tailored support and training to empower him to live a fulfilling life. Experience working with individuals who have autism and display behaviours that challenge is preferred, but above all, we value empathy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is a 2:1 service and the individual will need 24 hour support.

About you:

• Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or complex needs (preferred).
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or a willingness to train in it.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach, especially in challenging situations.
• A full driving license (desirable but not essential).

Main responsibilities:

• Provide two-to-one support, tailored to his unique needs.
• Promote independence and life skills through structured activities and engagement.
• Implement behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies with confidence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
