Hourly Rate: £21.50
Shift Type: Night Shifts

Are you a nurse passionate about nursing and elderly care? Our client is looking for a compassionate and skilled Night Staff Nurse to join their team; As a Night Staff Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to residents with palliative and dementia needs. Working within a care home recognised for its “Good” CQC rating, you will provide a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents during the night.

What we’re looking for:

• A valid NMC Pin and nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).


• Passion for providing palliative and dementia care.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Previous experience in a nursing care setting is desirable but not essential.

Your day to day:

• Deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care to residents.


• Support residents with palliative and dementia care needs.


• Administer medications and monitor residents' health throughout the night.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent, person-centred care.


• Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
