Staff Nurse - Night Shifts

Hourly Rate: £22 plus paid breaks 

Shift times: 8:00-8:00

Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client’s team and provide high-quality care to older adults in their nursing home during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with either RGN (Registered General Nurse - Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualifications and a strong passion for elderly care.

Qualifications

• RGN (Registered General Nurse - Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification


• Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body


• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently


• Compassionate and empathetic approach to elderly care

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized nursing care to residents during night shifts


• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by healthcare professionals


• Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms


• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents


• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
