Staff Nurse (RGN)
Hourly Rate: £19.50-£20.50

Night Shifts
36 hours per week (Full-Time)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our client’s team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our client’s residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.


• Proven experience working in a clinical or care home setting.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize care tasks efficiently.


• Compassionate and empathetic approach, committed to delivering person-centred care.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients according to their individual care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.


• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information, responding appropriately to changes in their condition.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, care staff, and families to plan and implement effective care.


• Provide guidance, support, and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive care experience.


• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.


• Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and CQC standards to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
