Our outcomes and activities senior support worker will play a key role in supporting people with autism to achieve employment related skills and work experience through enterprise activity and volunteering. Key responsibilities will be to coordinate the use of Nourish Digital care management within the team to improve outcomes and to assist in supporting the service to achieve Autism Accreditation by use of portfolios, evidence gathering and case studies.
Outcomes will be measured using a variety of tools, such as individual personal progress, ASDAN awards and AQA's
This advert is for a full-time position 37 Hours. The salary for this position is £22,972.56 per annum
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred

We need you to be: Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Being a Senior Support Worker takes leadership skills, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
To protect our autistic adults, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
