  • Encourage positive relationships and healthy lifestyles.

  • Oversee medication processes and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
