About the Role:
As a professional care assistant, you will be crucial in helping vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being. Your support, from personal care to household tasks, will bring comfort, companionship, and dignity to those in need. Skills/Experience:
- Minimum Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to embrace learning opportunities.
- Dependability and a flexible approach to work.

Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Job Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £12.00 – £18.00 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day.
- Full/part-time hours and flexible shifts to accommodate other commitments.
- Mileage: 40p per mile.

We prioritise minimal commute times by assigning work close to your residence.
Shift Patterns:
We offer flexible shifts to support an excellent work-life balance. However, since most of our clients receive care seven days a week, carers must work some evenings and alternate weekends.
