Our talented Nurses make an incredible difference in our residents’ lives, providing the highest standard of person-centred care and support, to help maintain their independence. Supporting with mealtimes, personal care, and activities, as well as providing emotional support to ensure you build strong, meaningful relationships.

• Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships and empathize.
• Caring by nature: An enthusiastic person-centred approach with a genuine passion for making people’s lives that little bit brighter each day.
• Great team player: Do you work well in a team of likeminded people?
• Adaptable: The role of a care assistant is very fast paced; can you think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations?
