We are looking for Night Care Assistants to join our team at Berkeley Lodge, our specialist dementia nursing home, in Worthing.
Hours: Averaging 42 hrs per week, alternating between Week 1 and Week 2
Week 1: Monday, Thursday & Saturday
Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More about you:
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
