Job Description

We are looking for people to join our team of Live in Care Assistants in Herefordshire, with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.  As a Live In Care Assistant, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of services to help promote independence in their own home.

You will need to have a minimum of 1 years' experience of working in the care sector, a full driving licence access to your own vehicle with business insurance. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational ability and time management skills.
  • The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients care.
  • An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships.
  • The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship.

  • Competitive pay rate from £910 per week

  • Two-hour daily break (or 14 hours weekly minimum)
