Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Salary: Up to £26,000

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years

Experience: Experience working in a Nursery setting

Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Quality Childcare: Ensure all children in your care are provided with stimulating activities that support their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Act as a Key Person: Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, providing regular updates on the child’s progress and working in partnership with parents/carers to meet each child's needs.

Maintain a Safe and Organised Environment: Ensure your room is always clean, well-organized, and complies with health and safety standards. Take the lead in ensuring safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times.
