Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: Up to £29,000

40 hours per week

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years (or above)


• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting


• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children in their learning and development


• Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion


• Support children in developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills


• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's progress


• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team dynamic
