About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will support our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a comfortable, safe, and fulfilling life. From assisting with daily activities to providing much-needed companionship, your role will be key in enhancing their overall well-being.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

  • Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks to ensure a safe and tidy environment

  • Offering companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and connected

  • Driving clients to appointments or social outings, providing reliable and friendly transportation

  • Following personalised care plans and keeping an eye on any changes in their needs or health

  • Maintaining accurate records of the care you provide and any observations about their well-being

  • Helping clients use technology to stay in touch with loved ones or enjoy entertainment

Qualifications

Driving License and access to a reliable car
