As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you’ll provide support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with outings and errands
  • Managing medication needs
  • Providing personal care
  • Helping with mobility
  • Preparing meals
  • Performing household chores

While you are dedicated to supporting our clients, here’s what we provide for you:

  • No uniform requirement
  • Guaranteed hours contracts
  • Competitive pay £12 p/h weekdays between 10:15-18:15, £13.50 p/h mornings, evenings and weekends plus holiday pay, plus mileage.
  • Double Time on all Bank Holidays - £24 p/h
  • Higher pay rates for completed NVQ levels, with each level increasing your rate
  • Minimum of 35p per mile for travel expenses
  • Paid travel and wait time
  • All mandatory training compensated at £12 per hour
  • Access to a 24-hour employee assistance program Life & Progress
  • Reliable and responsive on-call support for emergencies
  • Supportive management team that listens to your concerns
  • Open door office policy
  • Quick start within 6 working days if your DBS is on the update system

Qualifications

Home Instead supports all it's employees to pursue any qualifications in the health & social care sector both educationally and financially. 

We also provide full training for all of our new starters, no matter your level of your experience.
