• Previous 6 months minimum experience as a paid Health Care Assistant within the last 2 years
• Experience providing personal care- assisting with bathing/showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and continence requirements
• Ability and experience with using hoists/slide sheets - manual handling
• Experience with general observations and updating patient records
• Providing support and encouragement to patients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work different shifts including nights and weekends
• Right to live and work in the UK without a Visa/Sponsorship
