We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in London. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring they are able to live independently, comfortably, and with dignity. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help with any other care needs, promoting the well-being and safety of clients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for supporting people in their own homes and improving their quality of life.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and the care team.
Ability to assist with personal care and other tasks in a respectful and sensitive manner.
Knowledge of safeguarding practices, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
A full UK driving license is required
