KV Care is a small but beautifully created loving atmosphere that offers a variety of home-care packages and services to both children and adults. We provide crucial support and care to the communitys' most vulnerable individuals, and we pride ourselves on providing a person-centered service that focuses on fostering independence within a person's own home setting.

The specific position includes assisting children at home who may have significant medical needs. This could include assistance with many elements of everyday life, such as social support, moving and handling, and personal care. Higher-level care abilities, such as PEG care, tracheostomy care, and professional movement and handling, would also be necessary (e.g. custom wheelchair). The specific abilities needed would be determined by the service user. Of course, any suitable new starter would be trained in all parts of the care they would be providing regardless.

As a Children's Support Worker, we are searching for someone who is enthusiastic and experienced. Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, and other issues are common among service users. This is a fantastic opportunity to help youngsters in the Rochdale and Bury districts. You will also have to maintain strong working relationships and lines of communication with colleagues, as well as with children, youth, and families, and if necessary, encourage and promote participation to achieve desirable outcomes.
