Role: Care Assistant (Harlow)

We’re seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support elderly clients during the Morning and evening, ensuring their routines run smoothly and they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their homes. You’ll help with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and ensuring a positive end to their day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and evening routines
• Prepare evening meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Provide companionship and engage in activities clients enjoy
• Offer medication reminders and help with bedtime preparations
• Ensure a clean, safe living environment for our clients

Working Hours:

• Morning shifts from 7am and Evening shifts from 6 pm to 10 pm, with some weekend shifts on rotation
• Flexibility is required for weekend availability

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous care assistant experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)

• Must have access to reliable transportation and be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
