Job Description

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring compassionate Hourly Care Assistants in Harlow to provide essential home care support. Due to the nature of the role, a driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. If you have a caring nature, are dependable, and value building trusting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, and hygiene

• Medication Support: Administering and managing medications

• Companionship: Providing emotional support and meaningful conversations

• Household Help: Light cleaning and meal preparation

• Mobility Support: Assisting with movement and daily activities

• Care Records: Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the team

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous care experience is advantageous but not required

• Character: Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals

• Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (Adult) required

  • Driver’s license and access to a vehicle are mandatory
