As a Home Instead caregiver, you’ll provide vital support to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with outings
  • Supporting medication needs
  • Helping with personal care
  • Providing mobility assistance
  • Preparing meals
  • Helping with household tasks

While you offer this valuable assistance to our clients, here’s what we can offer you in return:

  • No uniform requirement
  • Guaranteed hours contracts
  • Pay ranging from £12 to £13.50 per hour, depending on shift time
  • Increased rates with completed NVQ levels – each level boosts your pay
  • Double pay on all bank holidays
  • Minimum 35p per mile travel allowance
  • Paid travel time and waiting time
  • All mandatory training paid at £12 per hour
  • Access to a 24-hour employee assistance program
  • Reliable and responsive on-call support for emergencies
  • Supportive management with an open-door policy
  • Start within 6 days if your DBS is on the Update Service
