Who We’re Looking For:

• Dedicated, compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to support others
• Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or in a similar role is welcome but not required; we offer full paid training
• Must have Access to a Car and residence near the Cheshunt and Broxbourne areas is advantageous
• Willingness to commit to regular evening shifts
