Job Description

The Care Companion role includes:

• Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events and trips out in the community. 
• Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
• Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
• Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence and means of transport is required.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English Language
• Caring nature and good intentions
