Job Description

We're searching for compassionate and empathetic individuals to join our expanding team of care assistants, dedicated to supporting the local community.

We have both part-time and full-time contracts available, offering guaranteed hours with pay rates ranging from £12 to £13.50 per hour, plus mileage.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality home care and support in and around Shrewsbury through our well-trained Care Professionals.

Please note: This role is community-based, requiring travel between clients' homes.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence (with access to a vehicle for work)
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with errands and light housekeeping duties
  • Keeping accurate records of the care provided

No previous experience or qualifications are required as full paid training is given. We are looking for individuals who are naturally caring, empathetic, and kind-hearted.
