£300.00 joining bonus for this month only!

Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our Care assistants allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. We provide you with:

• Salary £12.30 per hour.
• £300.00 joining bonus T&Cs apply
• 37 hours per week plus overtime 
• Contribution to travel expenses at 30p per mile

The Role of a Care Professional

Care Professionals support clients in the community to live and remain in their own home. Due to the nature of the role in the community you must be willing to travel around Doncaster and commit to working a combination of the following shift times   7am – 2.30pm and 3.45pm – 9.45pm including alternative weekends and bank holidays. We need all our care assistants to be available for at least two evenings per week as a minimum.

Qualifications

We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable people to deliver care to our clients, it is an exciting role that requires a team player to work with key parts of the business to ensure our clients get an fantastic service.

Access to your own transport with Class 1 Business insurance  is essential. 

What you will bring:

Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes!  Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and wellbeing support
• Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
• Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
• Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
