We support individuals of any age to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
This could include providing one-to-one support for children and adults in their home and out in their local community to attend recreational activities.
This highly rewarding role can involve providing personal care, practical and emotional support to help individuals maintain their independence and to lighten the load for their unpaid carers, such as family, neighbours and friends.
The role will involve working to individual’s care plans and could involve support with medication, food preparation and light domestic duties.

About You:
- No experience required as full training will be given
- A driving license and access to a car are essential
- Willingness to attend our full induction programme for new to care
- Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion
- Excellent communication skills

Why we need to identify carers
Caring can be very rewarding, but also very demanding and can affect physical and mental well-being. Many carers are trying to work, study and look after other family members in addition to their caring responsibilities. We believe it is important to ensure carers are aware of support available as early as possible.
