We are recruiting experienced carers to work am, lunch, evening and night shifts within the community. St Katherine's Care covers many areas in Lincoln and surrounding areas.

We pay from £9.08 - £9.45 per hr.
25p per mile.
You must be 18 years old or over
You must hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible to maintain high quality of care, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, attending all relevant training and team meetings.
While out in the community you will be representing St Katherine's Care, therefore good presentation , communication and respect is required.
Qualifications and Skills
No previous care requirements needed, no requirements to hold an NVQ or DBS as this is something we provide and encourage.
Must have a friendly, positive and committed work ethic.
Flexibility is key in order to meet the changing needs of our customers to ensure they feel in control of the care needs.
It is important to remain professional, organised and driven as sometimes we may come across difficult situations.
St Katherine's Care are offering a 10hr a week minimum contract, block pay, good hourly rate, good mileage pay, 28 days holiday pro rota, the relevant training , a DBS check, and all the support you need on your journey.
