Trinity Healthcare Plus Ltd is looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join us. You will join our dynamic and supportive team and have the opportunity to progress and develop your career.
Your role, under the supervision and direction of qualified nursing staff is to carry out a wide range of duties such as: looking after the physical comfort of patients, keeping departments clean and tidy, as well as taking and recording basic observations such as blood pressure & temperature.
Healthcare assistants are often the first point of contact for a patient, so you'll need to be friendly and confident, with good interpersonal skills. You'll need to be able to put patients at ease, helping them with their personal care while making sure they feel comfortable. The post holder must have excellent communication skills. They must be able to work in a highly stressed environment, and to assess their own learning needs. Training will be given to increase skills and levels of competency. Good manual dexterity is desirable.
The position is agency shift work which can lead to ongoing, however the trust is looking for staff to start as soon as possible.

Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a hospital setting
