Experience is not essential as we provide a full face to face induction and shadowing days with our Team Leaders to ensure all candidates are able to provide a positive experience to our customers . We also welcome applications from experienced Care Workers looking to further their careers.

Registered with the Care Quality Commission and the UK Home Care Association, we work closely with Social Services.
Under the direction of Anthony Ward, Director and Sharon Burlington, Registered Manager of BS Care, our staff undergo a comprehensive training programme, delivered by Educare Skills Training and are regularly subject to ‘spot checks’ by team leaders who are dedicated to specific geographic areas.
This ensures the care we provide meets our rigorous standards and that training and development needs are met. Performance is also monitored by quarterly supervisions, appraisals, probationaries and field reports.
All our staff from office workers to care workers are dedicated to working together as a team to provide a reliable, quality service which meets the needs of clients. Every one of our staff are encouraged and supported to progress and achieve healthcare qualifications appropriate to their position. All staff are Disclosure and Barring Scheme checked.
