Prime Support Service is owed and run by Neda Cooney and Sarah Kelly.
Neda Cooney founded the service and is also the Registered Manager and Registered Provider. She has many years of experience within the social care sector as a Registered Social Worker and her vision in 2013 was to set up a homecare support agency where the person receiving care and support is at the heart of the service. This is a service where one size really doesn’t fit all. All care and support packages are tailored to fit individual needs and we work in partnership to deliver quality care and support.
Neda is supported by her business partner Sarah Kelly, Sarah has a diverse skill base and is a qualified trainer, manager and counsellor. Both Neda and Sarah have clear knowledge, understanding and interpersonal skills to work with Service Users to enable them to have a good quality of life.
All of our staff receive a comprehensive induction training programme and we are constantly improving our service by ensuring all staff and management regularly attend in-house and specific training sessions. This keeps us all up to date with all social care policies and procedures. It is our goal to drive our service to the highest possible standard of community support and ensure good value for money.
Equality and diversity is of fundamental importance to our work. It ensures that all staff, other professionals, service users, their family and any others are all treated equally, fairly and with respect. We work in partnership to make sure that peoples’ rights to life and freedom are upheld in a non-discriminatory service. We take all feedback about our service seriously and positively and this enable us to deliver good quality of care.
