To support the registered Head of Homecare and Homecare Manager in the effective management of the Homecare service by providing quality social care and promoting customers independence in the community.
To work in partnership with Care Practitioners and Care Facilitators to ensure an effective, professional, high quality service is delivered.

Over 27 years Supportive has established reliability and a culture through it’s people that reflects it’s vision to positively improve and maintain the quality of life for people including those at risk. We seek to encourage all staff and volunteers to treat every person as an individual and provide a quality of service, which promotes independence and builds trust, whilst at the same time gives care, support and assistance and always seeks to maintain the person’s respect and dignity.

Our professional quality volunteer transport, patient transport, domiciliary homecare, training and support services, are managed from our base in Ferryhill where we offer premium care and reliability to people all ages in the cities, towns and villages in the North East area.
As a charity, we support initiatives to bring comfort, companionship and happiness to the vulnerable and isolated within our communities and we welcome support and donations in whatever form they come.
