When will you work?
We have many calls between 7am till 2pm and 4pm to 10pm, travel time paid between care calls at your normal pay rate. Travel in your own car is paid at 30p per mile.
You will build a strong relationship with your clients, as once your days and hours are agreed, these are set in a two-week rolling rota.
Who will you work with?
There is a great range of clients that we work with and we are not limited to a certain type of care. We work with young adults to elderly people with a range of needs.
You will work with the clients that suit you. From mental health, physically disabled, dementia, general help at home and much more.

Specific to domiciliary care, opportunities for promotion are often available within our rapidly expanding team.

Do I need experience?
There is no experience required to join our team. We offer all necessary training and shadowing before going out on shift. All training in ONLINE, before being signed off in the field. Once all online training is completed this is paid in full after 3 months probation.
The qualities we need you to have are listed below:

- Be able to communicate effectively in written notes.

-Salary range: £10.00 - £11.90 during the week and increased to £11.90-£14.90 during the weekend
