This post his to incorporate assigning staff to calls and to undertake management duties, been able to rota staff that work on 2 week rolling rotas. As in any homecare company role you need to be flexible and be willing to assist when staff do not come into work,.
You are included in the on call rota which is shared, our on call is not to 'call you put on care ' it is to advise and offer assistance and solutions. We supply you with a laptop, mobile phone, use of pool car's and a very supportive management team. The salary includes £12 per hour weekend working.
You will build a strong relationship with your clients and staff, as once your days and hours are agreed, these are set in a two-week rolling rota. We prefer all our staff to have undertaken the '2 jab' covid injections and you will need to flow test as requested at least twice a week which we supply.

In York we work with a great range of clients that we work with and we are not limited to a certain type of care. We work with, children, young adults and the elderly with a range of needs from mental health, physically disabled, dementia, general help at home and much more. We want you to mirror this in the Harrogate area. We are on the framework and are taking private clients.

We are a HomeCare company which also franchises its model. We have 2 locations of our own, York and Harrogate, Harrogate is a sub office and not a registered office, it is used for advertising and staff so they do not need to travel to York. We have franchises across the UK which is growing all the time. we are small enough to care and support everyone but big enough to compete and and influence change.
All our staff are contracted on a 2 week rolling rota, we pay for every minute at work including all travel time between clients which is mapped by GPS, we also pay 30p per mile, offer pool cars for drivers over 2. We provide £12 for every weekend hour worked and start our pay schedules from £9 per hour depending on experience and role contracted too.
We offer full time and part time roles which include every other weekend weakling, we also offer just weekends, or evenings.
We work with a range of clients that include, children, mental health, learning disabilities, elderly, end of life, dementia. All our calls are a minimum of 30 mins.
We welcome those that wish to progress in the sector and offer training above and beyond basic training, that also comes with regular supervisions, weekly updates sent via email and staff meetings.
