University Student Carers needed during Uni breaks
Are you at University and return to Woking or Guildford during your University breaks? Maybe you study at Surrey University. Perhaps you are looking for some extra funds to supplement and support you while you study, that can fit in and around your education?
If you care about others, then working as a Carer for Home Instead Senior Care is the type of job role that students should certainly consider. It can be a very rewarding way of helping the lives of the elderly in the local community while, at the same time, earning some money for yourself.
The work involved in care can be much more varied than you might imagine. You could be helping people on an almost full-time basis or just as an occasional "helper-out" for people who want to remain as independent as possible while remaining in their own homes.
Caring can include anything from picking up a prescription, shopping, doing washing-up, preparing meals and supporting / assisting with bathing and toileting.
You can work a variety of different ways like many of our University students that are already Carers:
Full-time, part-time and weekend only positions available.
Morning / evening shifts during term time.
Weekend hours during term time or just Uni breaks
Summer / Christmas and or any other breaks
We ask that:
You're over 18
You're a driver with use of your own car
You can commit to at least 14 hours per week including a minimum of 6 hours every weekend or 8 hours every other weekend.
You live, or study, in or near the Guildford and Woking area of Surrey.
What we offer in return:
Excellent pay- up to £13.00 per hour
