Pine Lodge Residential Home is looking for a professional, competent and caring handy person to join our team two days per week on a self employed basis.
You will be responsible for maintaining health and safety environmental standards, completing compliance paperwork and carrying out checks/tests. Other duties will include the care and upkeep of the gardens, painting and decorating, PAT testing, fire safety to name a few.
Additional hours may be needed at times when projects are carried out.
You will be required to have insurance, complete a DBS and any relevant training.
Other trades that you can bring will be an advantage.
