Our Care Coordinator plays a vitally important role in ensuring that a quality, caring service is delivered to our customers. The coordinator's role is both varied and interesting.
The majority of your time will be spent in the office.
The Care coordinator monitors and support our Care Workers, making sure that our customers receive the care that they deserve and that our Care Workers are adequately supported in their roles.
Ensuring new staff are supported and inducted in line with Quality of life Homecare on joining processes.
Complete supervisions of care workers in line with CQC compliance and the Companies policies and procedures.
Conducting service user care reviews and any required updates to care plans.
Supporting staff with ensuring the service provides safe care delivery to all our service users.
Supporting staff to understand/implement/improve good practices alongside the Care Team Managers

Role and responsibilities:
Assisting managers with Client Care Calls as per weekly rota through Care Planner and other rotaring software.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for care; with strong interpersonal skills who have the ability to work collaboratively with staff, service users and their families. You must also demonstrate a commitment to re-enablement principles and be expected to support staff with promoting dignity and independence for service users.

Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
All our staff have to undergo full infection control training, and are also provided with PPE supplies for all visits. We also share information from public health England with all our staff.
Quality of life home care provides a community-based personal care and support services for adults living independently in their own homes.
